Gifting FAQ
1) What customizations do you offer?
We love bringing your marshmallow dreams to life! Minimum quantities apply, but we’re happy to help you create something uniquely yours. Custom options include co-branded stickers, custom flavor creations, special event add-ons, and even themed bundles. If you can imagine it, we’ll help make it fluffy and magical.
2. How far in advance do I need to place my order?
Because every marshmallow is made fresh at our Chicago HQ, we need a bit of advance notice for larger gifting projects. We typically ask for 7 days for bulk orders, plus an additional week if customizations are involved. Orders over 200 of any item could take up to 2 weeks. Orders are shipped M-F.
That said — life happens! If your timeline is tight, reach out to us at giftmaven@xomarshmallow.com and we’ll do our best to make marshmallow magic happen on your schedule.
3) How does shipping work for large groups? Easy! If you already have mailing addresses, you can upload a spreadsheet and we’ll handle the rest. Or send all of the items to one address to distribute yourself. No addresses? No problem — we can send e-gifts so each recipient can enter their own details and choose their favorite marshmallow flavors. Everyone gets exactly what they love.
4) Can I include a personalized message?
Absolutely. You can add individual gift notes for each recipient, or a single message for the whole group. We’ll make sure every gift feels personal, warm, and joyfully on-brand.
5) What if I need help?
