Simple Toasted Marshmallow Cupcake
Back to school means one thing to me: BAKE SALE! Whether you are entering your third year of college, or dropping your own kids off at daycare, everyone loves a good fundraiser. But who has the time to hand-make all those delicious treats?
We took a simple honey cupcake with vanilla buttercream and toasted one of our Raspberry marshmallows right on top! The Result: a great, easy cupcake that adds the sweetest surprise and is sure to delight everyone.
Tip: Crunched for time? A quick trip to the grocery store for some pre-made vanilla (or chocolate) cupcakes work just as well for this recipe! Seriously, no one will know you didn't make them from scratch!
